Requirements
There are various methods for applying to universities, depending on the program you wish to pursue and your country of origin. Admission requirements and deadlines can differ between universities and may also vary depending on the specific degree program.
Eligibility
Who qualifies as an international student? A. The applicant must hold foreign nationality and must not have previously studied in Taiwan as an overseas Chinese student at the time of application. B. The applicant must not have been admitted through the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students in the same year they are applying. C. The applicant must apply according to the “Regulations for International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan” set by the Ministry of Education.

Academic Qualification Criteria
- International applicants holding a high school diploma are eligible to apply for undergraduate programs.
